By using the Internet as part of your communications infrastructure, your phone system is everywhere you want it to be. With the Axxess IP PhonePlus, your data network connects your telecommuters, satellite offices, and warehouse facilities together seamlessly as if they were in the same building. It eliminates the need for a separate phone system in each location.

Because the IP PhonePlus is fully integrated with the Axxess PBX phone system, users anywhere have access to the full functionality of the Axxess system such as transferring calls, initiating conference calls and accessing voice mail. Call centre agents working off-site can be part of hunt groups or call routing patterns and supervisors can monitor their calls as if they were in the office.

The IP PhonePlus connects you to the full power of the Axxess system through your company's data network (LAN, WAN, or Internet connection) to send and receive voice transmissions in the form of data. It operates and looks like the Axxess Executive Display Phone you use in the main office.

S8000 Series Endpoints

As a protocol, SIP is designed to provide interoperability and enhanced services by connecting a wide variety of multimedia endpoints and applications together in a standard format. The S8000 endpoints are designed to operate on converged IP networks, such as the internet and corporate LANs/WANs in order to facilitate flexible working and remote office applications. Implementing SIP mode allows your enterprise to access the Shared Extension feature, which allows multiple endpoints to use the same extension number on the Axxess converged system. Incoming calls to a shared extension are sent to SIP endpoints simultaneously; offering you dynamic mobility when you're away from your main desk. Additionally, SIP mode enables IP endpoints to interoperate with third-party SIP solutions.
